Midget (12 and 13 year olds) Training September 18, 2012

Tuesday, September 18th        
  • Activity: General conditioning, ski striding and games 
  • Location:  biathlon range (https://plus.google.com/109445812804458325739/about?hl=ennear  Chalet des Erables  
  • When: 6:30 - 8pm
  • Bring: 
    • Running gear,
    • bounding poles and gloves to prevent blisters (poles with good straps, they should be shoulder height or lower, they don't need to be good racing poles old poles are fine)
    • head light for the last part of practice (it's starting to be dark around 7:45 pm)
    • water, 
    • snack for after practice
