Train July 14th to July 19th

Week 10, this is a building week. We are going to be training hard over the next three weeks try very hard to get all of your hours in. 

Tuesday July 14th

Activity: Skate ski intervals 6 x 3min for junior and open and 4 x 3mins juvenile equal rest. 

Location: Relais Plein Air

Time: 6:30-8pm 


Wednesday July 15th 

Activity: Strength training 

Location: Meredith Center

Time: 6:30-8pm

Thursday July 16th

Activity: Technical Running 10 x 10sec zone 5 sprints 1 min rest mixed into the run. Moe is in MSA with the Quebec Team Camp Katie will be leading practice. 

Location: Camp fortune

Time: 6:30-8pm 


Sunday July 19th 

Activity: Classic distance Ski with Zone 3, 20 mins for juveniles and 30 mins for junior and open categories. We will be doing some lactate testing of your zone 3 pace. This will be a 3 hour practice so that we can start building some good distance, open categories should accomplish 25-30km with juveniles doing 20 - 25km. It is going to be hot so make sure that you bring lots of water and a good snack as we are doing a long training.
