Tuesday, Nov. 1

Activity: Roller ski technique + specific strength

Juvis: Specific strength and technique with Katie

Juniors +: Technique with Moe and Eric

Technique: Skate roller ski

Location: P5

Time: 6:30-8:00pm


Notes: Please dress appropriately for the weather


Thursday, Nov. 3

Activity: Ski specific strength and technique

Juvis: Technique

Junior +: Specific strength

Technique: Skate Roller ski

Location: RPA (P2)

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Saturday, Nov. 5

Activity: Distance Run + Refocusing plans

Technique: Trail Run

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 9-11


Notes: We will split the group up and each group will do a 1.5-2hrs run

as well as a one hour workshop where we will create refocusing plans

to follow up on the distraction control intro from Jericho



Sunday, Nov. 6

Activity: Zone 4

Juvis: 3 x 3mins/7mins

Junior + : 4 x 3mins/7mins

Technique: Classic Roller ski

Location: P6

Time: 9-11am
