Training Oct 4th to Oct 10th

This is week is a Building week. 

Tuesday there will be a short meeting at Chalets des Erable from 7:30-8:30pm. Stew is going to outline the payment plan for this years races. Please have one parent from each family in attendance. Athletes will train from 6:30-7:30 and then we will have the meeting.

This week end is Thanks Giving. It is an important time for families. If you can not make both trainings try to make Saturday's Practice and miss Sunday's practice. 

This is the final call for Jericho. please let me know by Tuesday as I need to confirm numbers. I will be sending out more information about this camp later this week. 

I also need to make arrangements for La Foret Montmorency on Nov 12 to 14th so please sign up on the same sheet.

Tuesday Oct 5th 

Activity:  For Juveniles and Juniors circuit strength at Riders Roost 

Open Categories Ski Bounding 3 x 8 mins zone first half zone 3 second half zone 4  equal rest

There will be a short meeting to discuss the payment plan for this years races from 7:30-8:30pm please have one parent in attendence. 

Location: Chalet des Erable 

Time: 6:30-8:30pm

Thursday, Oct 7th

Activity: 4 x 4min zone 4 equal rest skate intervals

Location: Relais Plien Air

Time: 6:30-8:00

Saturday  Oct 9th

Activity:  Lactate Testing Skate

Location: Relais Plien Air 

Time: 8:30-10:30 Open and Juniors

10-12:00 juveniles Do not be late

Open and Junior athletes will practice from 8:30-10:30am and Juveniles will practice from 10:00-12pm. 

We will be doing Lactate testing. Athletes will need to meet Katie and I at the T junction at the top of the first hill coming out of the Relais. See map for more details. 

Open and Juniors you will need to meet us at the the T-junction at 9am having completed a 20min zone 1 warmed up. Please do not be late. 

Juveniles please meet us at the T-junction at 10:30am having completed a 20min zone 1 warm up please do not be late. 

There will be no coach to meet you in the parking lot so warm up and meet us at your designated time. 

Make sure to bring your heart rate monitors. 

Sunday Oct 10th 

Activity: Skate distance ski and up hill technique

Location: P8
