***MANDATORY TEAM MEETING Tuesday May 9th, Chalet des Erables 6:30pm. Every athlete (biathlon and nordic)

must attend with at least one parent.


Physical Focus: Setting testing baselines


Mental Focus: Using Team support for motivation


One of the major factors of an athlete's motivation is the team and teammates they

have around them. Starting right away, we are looking to foster a team environment

that is fun, supportive, inclusive and leads to excellence. Let's start off this season

building the foundation for an awesome Team!

Tuesday, May 9

Activity: Mandatory Team Meeting

Technique:

Location: Chalet des Erables

Time: 6:30-8:00pm


Notes: Each athlete must bring one parent


Wednesday, May 10

Activity: Gym

Technique: Anatomical Adaptation

Location: Meredith Centre

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Notes: Bring $7 for entrance fee and clean indoor running shoes


Thursday, May 11

Activity: Running or Mtn Bike intensity.

400m x 6 z3

Technique: Track running or mtn biking

Location: Philemon Wright Track

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Notes: Bring Heart rate monitor



Sunday, May 14

Activity: CCC Strength Test

Technique: Strength

Location: The Roost/Range

Time: 10-12
