This is week 5 in our yearly training plan. You should have received your training plan please open them and have a look we will be talking about them this week so that you know what is expected of you. 


Week 5

Tuesday  May 28 Nordic

Activity: Technical running and running strength, bring running poles

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 6-7:30pm

Tuesday  May 28 Biathlon

Activity: Shooting Practice Technical running and running strength, bring running poles

Location: Biathlon Range

Time: 6pm

Wednesday May 29 Juniors only

Activity: Strength Training for older than 1997 

Location: Chelsea Gym, Meredith Centre

Time: 6-7:30pm


Thursday May 30

Activity: pacing and running technique 

                From 7- 8 there will be a Parent/Athlete meeting for anyone interested in going to nationals in Newfoundland, athletes will practice from 6-7 and meeting from 7-8

Location: NCC visitors center, 33 scott rd. 

Time: 6-7:30pm practice for those not going to X-C nationals 

Sunday June 1st 8am Junior Practice

Activity: Skate Roller skiing Technique and ski strength

Location: P8

Time: 8am until 10am


Sunday June 1st 10am Juvenile and Midgets 

Activity: Skate Roller skiing Technique and ski strength

Location: P8

Time: 10am until noon


Week 6

Tuesday  June 4

Activity: Technical running and running strength, bring running poles

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 6-7:30pm


Wednesday June 5 Juniors only

Activity: Strength Training for older than 1997 

Location: Chelsea Gym, Meredith Centre

Time: 6-7:30pm


Thursday June 6

Activity: Pacing and running technique

Sunday June 9 8am Junior Practice

Activity: Classic roller skiing for nordic and skate roller skiing for biathlon Technique and ski strength

Time: 8am until 10am


Sunday June 9 10am Juvenile and Midget Practice

Activity: Skate Roller skiing Technique and ski strength

Location: P8

Time: 10am until noon
