Awesome week of training everyone! Now we are in to a bit of a
rest week :) Please check your emails for the TT results from Sunday.

Making sure as the temperatures warm up, you are drinking lots of water and
eating asap after training.

If you have not done so already, please sign up for sportlog.ca. It is very important
that you are tracking your training!

Keep working on finding those resting heart rates please!



Tuesday, May 24

Activity: Zone 3 running workout

Technique: Running

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Notes: Please bring your heart rate monitor!


Wednesday, May 25

Activity: Strength

Technique: Gym

Location: Meredith Centre Gym

Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Notes: Please bring clean running shoes, $5 and a COPY OF YOUR STRENGTH PLAN.

If you don't know which strength plan you should be following, please ask and I will be

happy to show you.

Activity: Roller skiing
Technique: SKATE
Location: P8
Time: 6:30-8pm

Sunday, May 28

Activity: Roller Ski Volume

Technique: SKATE

Location: P8

Time: 9-11am

Notes: Please wear your HR monitors and make sure you have

proper pole tips on.
