Wednesday, May 22nd 
Time: 6:30 - 8pm 
Location: Heritage College gym
Notes: Please bring clean running shoes and a device that can do video
Activity: Strength There will be a $30 charge per 
athlete for the entire summer for gym fees)

Thursday, May 23rd 
Time: 6:30 - 8pm 
Location: Asticou Running track 
Notes: Bring a heart rate monitor and water
Activity: Track Running

Saturday May 22th
Time: 9-11am
Location: P8
Activity: double pole roller ski test. 
Equipment: Skate skis water helmet 
roller ski poles.
