Training May 17-26th

This is week 3 in our yearly training plan. The focus on this week is strength assessments. All folks have now finished there assessment and I will be meeting with George next wednesday to review the data. I found this process very interesting and it is going to improve our strength training now and into the fall. 

Here are the results of the Time Trial are listed in the Nordic Race filling cabinet. 
 

There are still a couple of people that have been coming to practice and I have not registered yet, please get this done ASAP.

Sunday May 19 Juniors

Activity: Skate Roller skiing 

Location: P8

Time: 8am to 10am 


Sunday May 19th Midgets and Juveniles

Activity: Skate Roller skiing and running Bring your roller skis and your running shoes 

Location: P8 

Time: 10am to 12 noon


Week 4

Tuesday  May 21

Activity: Mighty Strength 

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 6-7:30pm


Wednesday May 22 Juniors only

Activity: Strength Training for older than 1997 

Location: Chelsea Gym, Meredith Centre

Time: 6-7:30pm


Thursday May 23rd

Activity: Pacing and running technique
