This is week 3 in our yearly training plan. The focus on this week is strength assessments. All folks have now finished there assessment and I will be meeting with George next wednesday to review the data. I found this process very interesting and it is going to improve our strength training now and into the fall. Here are the results of the Time Trial are listed in the Nordic Race filling cabinet. There are still a couple of people that have been coming to practice and I have not registered yet, please get this done ASAP.
