Sunday, May 15 Activity: Strength endurance + run + goal setting Technique: running shoes Location: The Roost Time: 9:00-11am Notes: This practice will take some organization and group cooperation. Here is the schedule of how things will work: 9-9:30 -- strength endurance session 9:30-10--Goal setting for Junior boys and girls 10-10:30 --Goal settting for Juveniles 10:30-11:00 -- Goal setting for Open men and women *when you are not goal setting, you have 2x30mins z1 run or a 1 hour z1 run to do.
