Welcome newbies and welcome back everyone! 
We are back and ready to get a brand new season of training under our belts!
Looking forward to seeing you all again and meeting some new faces as well :)

This next week is a testing week! Please come to practice prepared with:
-Your Heart Rate monitor
-Running shoes that are in good condition
-Plenty of water and any extra food you may need
-A positive attitude ready for an exciting challenge!

Sunday, May 15

Activity: Strength endurance + run + goal setting

Technique: running shoes

Location: The Roost

Time: 9:00-11am

Notes: This practice will take some organization and group cooperation.

Here is the schedule of how things will work:

9-9:30 -- strength endurance session

9:30-10--Goal setting for Junior boys and girls

10-10:30 --Goal settting for Juveniles

10:30-11:00 -- Goal setting for Open men and women

*when you are not goal setting, you have 2x30mins z1 run or a 1 hour z1 run to do.

Tuesday, May 17

Activity: Max HR track test

Technique: Running

Location: Philemon Wright High School

Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Notes: Please bring your heart rate monitor!

Wednesday, May 18

Activity: Strength

Technique: Gym

Location: Meredith Centre Gym

Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Notes: Please bring clean running shoes and $5!

Thursday, May 19

Activity: Running technique workshop

Technique: running

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Notes: Please wear HR monitor

Sunday, May 22

Activity: Uphill test

Technique: Running

Location: P8

Time: 9-11am

Notes: Please wear your HR monitors
