Physical Focus: Welcome legs back to running and zone 1 training


Mental Focus: Team Support/Excellence.


One of the major factors of an athlete's motivation is the team and teammates they

have around them. Starting right away, we are looking to foster a team environment

that is fun, supportive, inclusive and leads to excellence. Let's start off this season

building the foundation for an awesome Team!


*Training plans and hour assignments will be posted right after the

Team Meeting next tuesday (May 9)


Tuesday, May 2

Activity: Zone 1 5km Run + Ultimate

Technique:Trail Run

Location: Visitor Centre 33 Scott Rd.

Time: 6:30-8:00pm


Notes: Welcome to all new faces and welcome back to returning athletes


Wednesday, May 3

Activity: Gym

Technique: Anatomical Adaptation

Location: Meredith Centre

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Notes: Bring $7 for entrance fee and clean indoor running shoes


Thursday, May 4

Activity: Mud Run

Technique: Trail Running

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Notes: Bring shoes and clothes you don't mind getting muddy/dirty



Sunday, May 7

Activity: Meech Valley Orienteering Event

Technique: Trail running "adventure" running + orienteering

Location: P16

Time: 10-2

Notes:

Bring compass + whistle OR rent on site
