Tuesday, March 1st World Cup Activity: Skate world cup course Technique: Skate Location: Jacques Cartier Park Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Notes: You can test your time against the best in the world You each have an assignment and that is to learn two things about high performance skiing from watching the world cups. I encourage you to be geeky and crazy ski fans. Watch their technique, their pacing, their tactics, their starts, their finishes. See as much of the race as you can. It is time to be super fans and crazy about our Canadian skiers. Make sure that they know we are behind them.We will have an evening practice where the first 30mins we will discuss your observations.
