Week Number 7 Here is the list that I have for Owl Camp, are there any others? I need to confirm by this evening. It looks thought rafting is not desired by most so we will plan for another activity on the Saturday and remove the rafting from the activity plan.
What to bring for OWL Camp. Check $190 Activity clothing for all weather rain, sun, bugs etc. Sun screen rain coat Hat for the sun Activity Gear Skate roller skis, boots, poles Classic roller skis, boots, poles Helmet and roller skis gloves Running shoes Swimming suit Towel Camping Gear Tent (or share with a friend) sleeping bag sleeping pad tooth brush, tooth paste, soap Travel to Owl we have four drivers. You can confirm with one of these drivers for space in their vehicle. Vic is driving and has space for 5 Pierre has room for 3 Katie has room for 3 Moe has room for 3 Please bring your check with you on Wednesday morning. No check you are staying in Chelsea.

4pm End of camp and pick up We have discussed training plans and sport log at practice. Registration for Sport Log is simple just fill out the form make sure that you put your team as Chelsea Nordiq and the registration code is "xcski". By clicking Chelsea Nordiq both Katie and I will be able to review your training. We will check your training once a week to see your progress. If you have a question please email Katie or myself directly so that you can get a fast response. Please make sure that you read all information on the Chelsea Nordiq Website and the zone4 website. Mistakes in registration costs lots of volunteer time to fix. Tuesday June 23th Activity: Skate ski intervals 2 x 5 min zone 3 and 4 and 1 X 90sec zone 5 Location: War museum we will be lactate testing half of the group. Time: 6:30-8pm please be on time we are going to need all of practice to get this done.
