Week 10 recovery week 

Week 12
Tuesday July 22nd Extra technique session

Activity: Skate or classic roller ski technique what ever you want to work on, this session is open to all who want some extra technique time. 

Location: p8

Time: 5pm - 6pm 

Tuesday July 22nd Senior Team  

Activity: Classic roller ski, agility warm up 10 x 10 sec sprint starts finish with a 60min zone 1 distance ski to finish

Bring a hockey stick

Location: p8

Time: 6:30pm - 8pm 

Tuesday July 22nd Junior Team 

Activity: Classic for those that have them Skate for the rest, agility warm up, 10 x 10sec intervals set with 30 sec rest in-between intervals, finish with technique work and zone 1 ski. 

Location: p8

Bring a hockey stick

Time: 6:30pm - 8pm

Wednesday July 23rd  

Activity: Strength Training this will be a self training, Some of you are now on Meso 4 if you have not been following the strength you are all on Meso three, communicate with your fellow athletes and train together. 

Location: Chelsea Gym 

Time: 6:30-8pm

Thursday July 24th  Senior Team  

Activity: SkyZone Trampoline Park, trampoline dodge ball, trampoline basket ball this is a fun team building training for our recovery week the cost is $15 and make sure to bring socks, this is an awesome fun place.

Time:  6:45 - 8pm 

 Sunday, July 27th

Activity: Skate time trial midgets 4km, juveniles, junior girls 6km, junior boys and junior men 9km.

Time: 8am to 11am
