As presented at the last NR meeting, the expected travel costs for the race season including four Quebec Cups and the Nationals is $4000.
In order to make the formal group reservation (accommodation, transportation and airfare) we need a commitment from the concerned families.
As the prepayment plan was popular and effective, for a third year we are asking the following from all the athletes:
10 monthly payments of $400, each dated the first day of the following months : June, July, August, October, November, December 2014 and January, February, March and April 2015.
All cheques must be given to me by June 10, 2014 (no exceptions please)
William can take your cheques at the beginning or the end of a practice. You can also send them by mail at my home address: 175 Basswood, Gatineau, J9J 3L1, PQ.
For all the athletes who intend to participate in some Quebec Cup but not the Nationals, a message will be sent in August for payment planning and commitment.
Please note that a 10% withdrawal fee will apply after you commit to this plan and by Jan 5 2015 there will be a penalty of 50% of Nationals expected cost retained if you decide not to go (consideration may be taken into account for an unpredictable situation).
Finally, parents interested in been part of the support team should let me know ASAP.

Sunday, June 7th
Activity: Roller ski and Road Bikes we will do a combination of roller skiing and road cycling, if you only have a mountain bike that will work fine. Midgets and juveniles will do technique and a distance ski and juniors will do strength and distance ski.
