This is week 11 in our yearly training plan. This week is an building week,  there will be more volume in your training plan than last week and we will focus on speed and agility.




Week 11

Tuesday  July 9 Nordic

Activity: Technical Running with  intervals

Time: 6-8pm 

Tuesday  July 9 Biathlon

Activity: Shooting Practice, running and strength

Location: Biathlon Range

Time: 6pm


Wednesday July 10 morning practice

Activity: Strength Training for younger than 1997, bring $5 for gym fee

Location: Chelsea Gym, Meredith Centre

Time: 9am-11am 

Wednesday July 10 Juniors only

Activity: Strength Training for older than 1997 

Location: Chelsea Gym, Meredith Centre

Time: 6-7:30pm

Thursday July 11

Activity: Classic roller skiing  (Skate for those that do not have classic skis) agility and intervals

Location: P8 

Time: 6-8pm  

Friday July 12

Activity: Skate Roller skiing

Time: 9-11am 

Sunday July 14 8am Junior Practice

Activity: Classic distance (skate for those with out classic skis) with 30 tempo ski, remember you have an extra on your program that you need to accomplish after practice 

Location: P8 

Time: 8am until 10am


Sunday July 14 10am Juvenile and Midgets 

Activity: Skate Roller skiing with distance and agility training

Location: P8

Time: 10am until noon
