Training July 20th to July 26th

Week 11, this is a volume week. You have a lot of hours this week try very hard to get your training done. 

Tuesday July 21st

Activity: Skate intervals: We will be doing lactate testing again similar to last the long testing in June. The format will be:

20 min zone 1 warm up

Athlete

Aerobic 5min Zone 3

Testing

Recovery 15 mins

Aerobic 5min zone 4

Testing

Recovery

Anaerobic 90sec zone 5

1 min testing

3 min testing

14 min testing

18 min testing


Location: Lac Lemey Reno Depot parking lot see map for more details 

Time: 6:30-8:30pm this will be a 2 hour practice to give us extra time to get our hours in. 


Wednesday July 22nd 

Activity: Strength training 

Location: Meredith Center

Time: 6:30-8pm

Thursday July 23rd

Activity: Long Zone 1 Run

Location: Camp fortune

Time: 6:30-8:30pm 2 hour practice to get our hours in


Sunday July 26th

Activity: Skate Time Trial Hill climb. Starting from p10 Juveniles will time trial to T-junction and Older categories will end at Champlain look out. 

Location: P10

Time:  8am - 11pm
