Wow was Easterns ever fun!! thank you to all of the great people that volunteered, raced, drove!!

Athletes make sure that you take tim do thank some one the supported you this week end. When you show appreciation you grow as a person and you get a nice serotonin kick.

This week is a recovery we from easters. We will be doing some very enjoyable skiing and a little less focus on intensity. But do not worry intensity will be back next week.

If you are really tired after easters then take Tuesday off. Thursday we are going to be doing a really lovely ski to a cabin for a pot luck snacks party. Do not miss this training it is going to be awesome!!

Gatineau Loppet is coming up. Recommendations for the Loppet are do 1 of the races. If you are tired take a break, if you want to do one of the longer races than the 16km talk to Moe, Sophie or Eric to be sure that it is a good idea.

Our next race is in Lennox Ville at the end of February here is a link to the race notice make sure you read it and register on
