Tuesday Jan 20th Senior Team Activity: Skate 3x3min for those that did not go to trials for those that went to trials this is a 75min zone 1 ski, I would also like to meet with each of you during to discuss racing to this moment.   Alex and Aaron 4:50 to 5:10pm Laura and Leanne 5:10pm to 5:30pm Liam, Alana and Nilan 5:30pm to 5:50pm Will 5:50 to 6:10pm   Biathlon will have times on Thursday Location: P5 Time: 4:45pm - 6:15pm  Tuesday Jan 20th Junior Team Activity: Skate, Sprint starts, for the first hour we will be doing a mentoring with the Adventure Rabbits. You will be split up with the adventure rabbits and you will do a skate session with them. We will finish the evening with some sprint starts.   Location: P5 Time: 6:30pm - 8pm  Thursday Jan 22nd Senior Team Activity: Classic 2 x 10 min  Boys and 2 x 7 mins Girls, biathletes Skate I would like to have meetings with  Teo and Jordan 5:15pm Eric and Jason 5:30pm Alex and Leanne 5:45pm Ali 6:00pm Location: Relais Plien Air Time: 4:45pm - 6:15pm  Thursday Jan 22nd Junior Team Activity: Classic 2 x 7mins classic, We will also discuss warm up plan.
