Great work everyone at Craftsbury and those who raced the Candy Cane Cup!

Race season is under way!


Because this weekend is Christmas, there will not be any formal practice.

However, we encourage you to go for some fun distance skis with family, teammates

and friends.


Also Note that on Monday you have an opportunity to race the super

fun boxing day burnoff. What better way to practice racing, then dressing up

and speeding around a 3.3km course with two other relay partners?

Tuesday, Dec 20th

Mandatory First Year Juvenile Meeting 6:30-7:00 at the Roost.

If you plan on racing any events on the Q-cup circuit, you must attend this

meeting at the start of practice.

Activity: Zone 5 intervals

Junior + : 5x45s (3mins off)

Juvenile: 5x 25s (2mins off)

Technique: skate

Location: Camp Fortune

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

4x5mins/5mins

No formal practice. Go for a fun ski with your family and friends :)
