Great work to everyone who ran the MEC race yesterday!
It was an awesome experience for everyone who attended.
Time for a killer volume week!

1)Extra Practice on Saturday
Seeing as this is a large volume week, we are providing an extra practice
on Saturday to help everyone achieve their hours. Meet at the IGA
parking lot on Saint Joseph and we will do a long tour of the bike paths
on rollerskis.

2) Sign up for sportlog.ca!
I cannot emphasize the importance of this enough.
Keeping track of your training is essential for both
celebrating improvements and preventing injury.
The code is xcski. Please select Chelsea Nordiq
as your club and Moe, Katie and Eric (biathletes)
as your coaches.

3) Gym
Those athletes that have been in the gym consistently so far this
year, you are now starting Meso 3. Please come to the gym
prepared with the appropriate strength plan.

Tuesday, August 9

Time: 6:30-8:00pm
