Week 14
Tuesday August 5th Extra technique session

Activity: Skate or classic roller ski technique what ever you want to work on, this session is open to all who want some extra technique time, We will also do video work with those that are there. 

Location: P8

Time: 5pm - 6pm 

Tuesday August 5th All 

Activity: Skate Roller Ski 10 x 15 sec with a distance ski at the end. 

Location: P8

Time: 6:30pm - 8pm 

Wednesday August 6th 

Activity: Strength Training 

Location: Chelsea Gym 

Time: 6:30-8pm

Thursday August 7th  All

Activity: Ski bounding, please bring running poles these are old poles that are shorter than classic poles 4 x 3min last 45 secs zone 4

Location: P9

Time:  6:30 - 8pm 

 Sunday, August 10th

Activity:  Classic roller ski for those that have them (skate for the rest) 20 - 40 min zone 3 work out with 100 - 100 to 110 minutes of distance skiing, stretch at the end. 

Location: P8

Time: 8 -11am Please note the change in time so that we can use the park way the whole time as it the loop closes at 11am.
