Training August 25th to August 31st

Week 17
This week is a easy building week and it is the last week of the summer season. This week end is a long week end and there is going to be no club practice on Sunday enjoy the long week end. 

Starting in September practices are going to be:
Tuesday: 4:45 to 6:15 CEGEP and University Athletes
Tuesday: 6:30 to 8pm all others
Thursday: 4:45 to 6:15 CEGEP and University Athletes
Thursday: 6:30 to 8pm all others
Saturday: 8-10am Senior team 16+
Saturday 10-12pm Junior Team
Sunday 9 - 12pm All
Tuesday August 26th All

Activity: Ski bounding intervals 3 x 2 min juveniles 3 x 3mins juniors we will do a short training from 6-7pm and a ski swap meeting from 7-8pm all nordic race participants are expected to attend with one parent. 

Location: Camp Fortune the meeting will be held at Chalet des benevoles/Riders Roost (The small building beside Chalet des Erable

Time: 6:00 to 8pm  

Wednesday 27th Senior Team

Activity: Strength Training you mud be 16+ to attend this training or have coaches permission.

Location: Meredith center

Time: 6:30 pm - 8pm 

Thursday August 28th   All

Activity: Skate Roller Skiing intervals 4x3min juveniles 4x4min juniors

Time:  6:30 - 8pm 

 Sunday, August 31st

Activity:  The Long week end is going to be a training break in-between seasons there is going to be no club practice feel free to organize a training amongst yourselves.
