Training August 12 to 18th

This is week 16 in our yearly training plan. It is a recovery week, the focus of this week will be recovery, strength and agility.

Reminders about Juvenile Camp August 25-27th and Owl Camp for Juniors August 23-25th.  These are going to be super fun so make sure you sign up. 

Reminder for athletes going to CEGEP and university this Fall. Practice for you is going to be from 4-6 in the afternoons on Tuesday and Thursday, week end practices are going to be at the same time.  Make sure that you arrange your schedules so that you can be at practice. Practice will be at the CEGEP/Relais so no extra transport will be needed. 

Week 16 Moe is at a training Camp in Mount St. Anne this week

Tuesday August 13 Nordic

Activity: Technical Running with intervals 

Location: NCC visitors Center Running the snow shoe trails. 

Time: 6-8pm 

Tuesday  August 13 Biathlon

Activity: Shooting Practice, running and strength

Location: Biathlon Range

Time: 6pm

Wednesday August 14 juveniles and midgets morning practice

Activity: Strength Training for younger than 1997, bring $5 for gym fee

Location: Chelsea Gym, Meredith Centre

Time: 9-11am 

Wednesday August 14  Juniors only

Activity: Strength Training for older than 1997, bring $5 for gym fee

Location: Chelsea Gym, Meredith Centre

Time: 6-7:30pm

Thursday August 15

Activity: Classic for those that have them or Skate Roller ski agility and intervals

Friday August 16 Midget and Juvenile
