The attached file has three work outs for strength training, 20, 30 and
40 minute work outs. If any work out is too challenging (and they are
hard) increase the amount of rest from 30 to 1 minute and if it is still
to difficult shorten the activity to 45 seconds or 30 seconds depending
on what you need. Over time you will get stronger and able to complete
