Hi Team! Great job to all involved with the Junior / Juvenile camp & Quebec team camp this past week & weekend! This week we have a higher focus on intensity. We are also doing an intro to plyo's session at the range on Wednesday. This means there is no gym practice. The plyo session is our strength on Wednesday. On Sunday we are starting at 8AM to be able to get a longer intensity session done before the parkways open at 11. A kind reminder that being on time means being ready to go (equipment on & fully prepared) at the designated time.
