Practice Schedule - August 20th - 26th.

Hi Team!

Great job to all involved with the Junior / Juvenile camp & Quebec team camp this past week & weekend! 
This week we have a higher focus on intensity. We are also doing an intro to plyo's session at the range on Wednesday. This means there is no gym practice. The plyo session is our strength on Wednesday.

On Sunday we are starting at 8AM to be able to get a longer intensity session done before the parkways open at 11. 

A kind reminder that being on time means being ready to go (equipment on & fully prepared) at the designated time.

Tuesday August 21st (Nordic Race & Biathlon)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00PM  
Location: Biathlon Range **Meet at lower parking lot & run up to meet biathletes**
(Biathletes, be ready for 6:15)
Activity: 4X4min Zone4 running intervals


Wednesday August  22nd (Nordic Race & Biathlon)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00PM
Location: Biathlon Range **Meet at lower parking lot & run up to meet biathletes**
(Biathletes, be ready for 6:15)
Activity: Intro to Plyos session.


Thursday August 23rd (Nordic Race)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Location: P8
Activity: Skate Rollerski - ski specific strength & Technique


Sunday August 19 (Nordic Race)
Time: 8:00 - 11:00AM (3 hour practice)
Location: RPA (relais plain air)
Activity: Skate rollerski - building intervals
