Activity: Zone 4 rollerski striding. 4x6mins (equal rest)

Classic skiing

Location: P6

Time: 9-11am

Notes: Wear heart rate monitor and come prepared with running shoes just in case

Activity: Quality Z1 distance run/ski walk

Technique: Trail run/ski walk with poles
