Hi Team,

Taper week is here! This is the week before nationals, and the goal is to 
give you lots of good recovery and then re-energize you at the end of the week.

Remember: The number 1 thing you can do as an athlete to insure quality training sessions
is proper Nutrition and SLEEP!! 

The theme of the month is No Regrets!
You have put in the work, the focus, and the drive. Now it's time to leave 
everything out there and race with no regrets. Be grateful for the journey you 
have had thus far and excited for the fun to come!

Tuesday March 5

Activity: OFF
*No team practice. You are on your taper week. 
Make your family a nice dinner, spend some time with a friend, sleep well.

Thursday March 7
Time: 6:30-8pm
Location: Camp Fortune
Activity: Classic Technique re-focus practice
+ short team meeting in the roost.


Saturday March 9
Time: 9-10:30
Location: P16
Activity: Technique of choice easy ski

Sunday March 10
Time: 9-11
Location: Nakkertok South
Activity: Skate intervals. See plan
