Hi Team, Taper week is here! This is the week before nationals, and the goal is to give you lots of good recovery and then re-energize you at the end of the week. Remember: The number 1 thing you can do as an athlete to insure quality training sessions is proper Nutrition and SLEEP!! The theme of the month is No Regrets! You have put in the work, the focus, and the drive. Now it's time to leave everything out there and race with no regrets.
