Hi Team,

Good efforts from everyone over this last training block!
This week is your rest week. It is also our club's scheduled holiday week.
There will be no official training this week, HOWEVER; remember you all have 
training plans that you should be following. Your coaches highly encourage
you to get together with your teammates to accomplish your recovery hours
this week!

Remember, the goal of a recovery week is to make sure you feel rested,
strong and fuelled to start the next block of training. Eat lots of yummy food, 
be responsible with your sleep and physically take care of your bodies (stretch!!!)

Take care and we will see you all back on Tuesday August 7th.
