Hi Team,

Congrats for all the great racing over the past month!!


Remember: The number 1 thing you can do as an athlete to insure quality training sessions
is proper Nutrition and SLEEP!! 

The theme of the month is Resiliency.
The best athletes are the ones who partake in active reflexion after each
training or race experience. Reflecting on what you did well, what you learned, and
what you would like to do better next time is a precursor for improvement.
Getting a little stronger mentally, physically and emotionally after each an every experience.
