Hi Team,

Great racing this weekend both at home and in Lennoxville :)


As we head into the last week before xc nationals the emphasis is

on recovery and feeling fast.

If you are sick, you're #1 priority is to

get healthy. This means, sleeping well, eating well and good stress management.


This weekend you have a choice between using either Thea's race or Coupe Skinouk

as a tune up intensity.
