Hi Team!

Welcome to your rest week! Thursday is our last practice for the summer.
*Thursday's practice please bring ROCK skis, classic ski poles, ski boots and running shoes
If you would like to sign up for a summer debrief there are still some spaces

Stay tuned for Fall Registration information. Our Fall start up date is Sept. 8th.
In the meantime, please refer to your training plans for your individual training hours. 

A kind reminder that being on time means being ready to go (equipment on & fully prepared) at the designated time.

*Please come with a dish to share with your teammates, dishes to eat with and clothes that you will be able to play outdoor games in.

Thursday August 30
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Location: P5
Activity: Running + Rock Skiing
*Please bring running shoes, classic roller ski poles, ski boots and ROCK skis (classic)
