Hi Team! We have an awesome week ahead of us. There are over 50 racers from around Quebec and Ontario training in the Gatineau Park this week. Both the Quebec and Thunderbay National Training centres are here to both get a lot of training done and to mentor awesome athletes such as yourselves. For some of the older crew who has been invited to some day trainings during the week, please see my emails for details. We are also hosting the Quebec juvenile camp this weekend! Busy busy. Because of the amount of logistics happening at the same time this week, I ask that you are checking the website and emails before practice just in case there is a change.
