Training Feb 11 to 18
Feb 15th and 16th Gatineau Loppet My recommendations for the Loppet are to race one of the two days or do easy skis to recover from two week ends of racing. The Gatineau Loppet is a great race and it is totally different competition from other races that we do. It is also races that have hundreds of people in them so you get to see how your fitness stacks up against regular skiers outside of the Quebec Cup Circuit. If you are tired from MSA and Easterns than do one 2 hr ski this week end and rest and recovery as we have st bruno the next week end. St. Bruno Registration closes Feb 14th at mid night Date: Tuesday Feb 11th Time: 6:30 - 8pm Location: p12 Training: Easy classic ski to Western Cabin we will do pot luck snacks so bring something to share. We will do some team building and fun at Western.
