The focus of this week is REST & RECOVERY. At this time of year before nationals your primary focus is staying healthy. If you are not healthy stay home and rest, get healthy.

Tuesday March 6th (Sr. Boy / Girl - Junior only) **NO PRACTICE**

Activity: Please clean rifles & dry fire at home.

Wednesday March 7th (.22 + Racing Bears)
Time: 6:15 - 8:00PM
Location: Range
Activity: Zone 1 race procedure.
*Note* Nationals crew if tired stay home and rest.

MORNING PRACTICE - Thursday March 8th - Nationals Crew
Time: 10 - 11:30 AM
Location: Range
Activity: Technical work and accelerations

Thursday March 8th **Nordic race practice**
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Location: Camp Fortune
Activity: Technical work and accelerations.

Saturday March 10th
Time: 1 - 3 PM
Location: Range
Activity: 10 X 10 sec sprints.

Sunday March 11th MORNING NORDIC PRACTICE
Time: 10 - 12 AM
Location: P7
Activity: Easy ski and technique


Sunday March 11th - MASTERS PRACTICE
Time: 1 - 3 PM
Location: Range
Activity: Sprint race TT
