The focus of this week is Intensity and recovery from intensity. At this time of year before nationals your primary focus is staying healthy. If you are not healthy stay home and rest, get healthy.

Training Plan:


Tuesday February 27thth (Sr. Boy / Girl - Junior only)
Time: 6:15 - 8:00 PM
Location: Range
Activity: Zone 4, 3X6min

Wednesday February 28th (.22 + Racing Bears)
Time: 6:15 - 8:00PM
Location: Range
Activity: Zone 1 shot ladder
*Note* Nationals crew if tired stay home and rest.

Thursday March 1st **Nordic race practice**
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Location: Camp Fortune
Activity: Technical work and accelerations.

Saturday March 3rd
Time: 1 - 3 PM
Location: Range
Activity: 30min Z3
*Last long intensity before nationals!*

Sunday March 4th
Time: 1 - 3 PM
Location: Range
Activity: 30min Z3
*OFF day for elite*
