Training plan.
Moe, Katie, and I have created a physical training plan for the Sr. Boy /Girl - Junior (Elite) group to follow as from this point on our season's differ from the nordic group so it is important to follow our own plan to prepare best for peaking at a different time of the season. This plan is intended for athletes competing on the quebec cup circuit, WYJT and Nationals.


Tuesday December 19th (Sr. Boy / Girl - Junior only)
Time: 6:15 - 8 pm
Location: Range
Activity: Zone 1 + range drills.

Wednesday December 20th (Sr. Boy/ Girl - Junior + Racing Bears)
Time: 6:00 - 8pm
Location: Range
Activity: Zone 1 combo Volume
