Shooting training plan:

Intensity!
We are beginning to get into a phase were shooting intensity (combo) is becoming more of a priority. Saturday is going to be our "intensity day" for biathlon. Moe, Katie and I have structured it so biathletes will do their running intensity on Saturday instead of Tuesday. As your coaches we will be very conscious of this to make sure we are not overtraining our intensity sessions. In general, you will simply switch Saturday's volume workout for Tuesday's intensity session. Ultimately it is your responsibility as athletes to know your training plan and pay attention to what you are doing and how you feel.

Jericho:
I will be away this week with our FBQ and BiOn athletes to a training camp and Race in Jericho, VT. During this time Katie will be covering practice.

Wednesday August 9th
Activity: Strength combo Meso 4.
Time: 6:00 - 8pm
Location: Range

Saturday August 5th
Practice cancelled. 

Sunday August 6th
Activity: precision + biathlon specific drills, zone 1 combo.
DF warm up 10/10 precision 10 x 10 OS / PS 4 x 5 accross. Zone 1 combo.
Time: 1-3pm
Location: Range
