Training August 21st - 30th.

This post contains training up until our summer / fall session break starting Saturday September 2nd.

Seasonal break: We are taking a seasonal break while everyone is adjusting with back to school. I will also be away in Canmore during this time for a coaching course. Our break is from September 2nd - 12th. During this time there is no planned practice, you are still required to follow your training plans and dry fire! Use this time as self training. Work on what you would like, running, getting into the gym regularly..etc.

Training plan:


Wednesday August 23rd
Activity: Strength combo Meso 4.
Time: 6:00 - 8pm
Location: Range

Saturday August 26th
Activity: Strength / agility & Balance.
Time: 9:00 - 11am
Location: Range

Sunday August 27th
Activity: precision test. 
Time: 1-3pm
Location: Range

Wednesday August 30th
Activity: Biathlon Mass start TT.
Time: 6:00 - 8pm
Location: Range
