This post contains training up until our summer / fall session break starting Saturday September 2nd. Seasonal break: We are taking a seasonal break while everyone is adjusting with back to school. I will also be away in Canmore during this time for a coaching course. Our break is from September 2nd - 12th. During this time there is no planned practice, you are still required to follow your training plans and dry fire! Use this time as self training.
