Intensity!
We are beginning to get into a phase were shooting intensity (combo) is becoming more of a priority. Saturday is going to be our "intensity day" for biathlon. Moe, Katie and I have structured it so biathletes will do their running intensity on Saturday instead of Tuesday. As your coaches we will be very conscious of this to make sure we are not overtraining our intensity sessions. In general, you will simply switch Saturday's volume workout for Tuesday's intensity session. Ultimately it is your responsibility as athletes to know your training plan and pay attention to what you are doing and how you feel.

Athletes coming from Jericho.. Please take Monday and Tuesday OFF or easy rest (ready run at practice).


Wednesday August 16th
Activity: Strength combo Meso 4.
Time: 6:00 - 8pm
Location: Range

Saturday August 19th
Activity: Running combo. Fartlek workout.
Time: 9:00 - 11am
Location: Range

Sunday August 20th
Activity: precision + biathlon specific drills.
Team drills.
Time: 1-3pm
Location: Range
