Practice Schedule - Week before Nationals!

The focus of this week is GETTING READY FOR NATIONALS. This means that everything will be very individualized. At practice we will be doing intensity to prepare for our races, BUT with a HUGE focus on recovery. No one should be doing any volume. If you are still not 100% healthy and rested your focus is resting and getting healthy.

Training Plan:

Tuesday March 13th (Sr. Boy / Girl - Junior only)
Time: 6:15 - 8:00PM
Location: Range
Activity: Intensity
- 4X2-3min Z4 (4-6min recovery)
OR (depending on feeling)
- 10X 15 sec sprints.

Wednesday March 14th (.22 + Racing Bears)
Time: 6:15 - 8:00PM
Location: Range
Activity: Zone 1 combo + confidence shooting.
3X5min Z3 half rest.


Thursday March 15th **Nordic race practice**
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Location: Camp Fortune
Activity: 3X5min Z3 half rest.

We depart for the last Quebec cup and National on Friday the 16th. There will be no practice until announced.
