Practice Schedule - September 24 - 30

Hi Team!

Great work with this past 2 weeks of training! Reminder on staying healthy (which we spoke of at practice!) If you are feeling ill, sick, tired, etc. you NEED to let us know and take rest!
This week is a rest week! If you are feeling tired, or sick please stay home and get recovered!

**Tuesday's practice we are doing a biathlon demo for the Nordic Race group, please bring your rifles and be great coaches for your nordic race teammates**

**Wednesday's practice we are having a sport psych session with Katie. Please be there.


A kind reminder that being on time means being ready to go (equipment on & fully prepared) at the designated time.

Tuesday September 25
Time: 6:30 - 8:00PM

Activity: Nordic Race biathlon demo
**Biathletes will be asked to help coach their teammates, set up, & bring rifles.

Wednesday September 26 (Biathlon)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00PM  
Location: Range
Activity: Sport Psych session w/ shooting.

Thursday September 27
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Location: RPA
Activity: Skate roller-ski. Technique + short speed w/strength discussion at the end of practice.

Saturday September 29
Time: 9:00-11:00
Location: Camp Fortune.
Activity: CCC strength Test

Sunday September 30
Time: 8:30 - 11:30
Location: P8
Activity: Brick Workout (Classic roller-ski + run)

Sunday September 30 (Biathlon)
Time: 1-3 pm
Location: Range
Activity: Challenge board / team games
