Practice Schedule - May 7th - 13th.

Welcome back to training! We are gearing up for an amazing 2018/2019 season. 
On this practice schedule you will find the practice locations & activities we will be doing. This is NOT your training plan. We will send out training plans upon registration.

Here is some important info from the team meeting on Thursday Night for those who missed it.

It will start to get very buggy at practice. Despite it being warm, extra clothing (i.e. pants, long sleeve shirt)will be a good idea. Always come prepared to do a bit of running.

Rifle Fitting: I will be doing rifle fitting sessions throughout May. Please see the schedule and fill out a time that will work for you. **I will be checking the day BEFORE, If you sign up an hour before I may not see it.**

Tuesday May 8th (Nordic Race)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00PM
Location: Philemon Wright High School track.
Activity: Running technique / Learning warm-up.
*bring running shoes, water*

Wednesday May 9th (Biathlon)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00PM
Location: Range
Activity: Shooting - Position work, holding, natural alignment, breathing.
*bring running shoes, rifle, ammo, water*

Thursday May 10th (Nordic Race)
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Location: P2 - RPA
Activity: Mud Run - Team building 
*bring running shoes, water*

Sunday May 13th (Nordic Race)
Time: 9:00 - 11:00AM
Location: Camp Fortune
Activity: Road bike OR run with training plan meeting / goal setting after.
*There will be both a biking group & a running group, come prepared for either*

Sunday May 13th (Biathlon)
Time: 1:00 - 3:00PM
Location: Range
Activity: Shooting - Position work, balance & games
