Hi Team,
X-C nationals is now wrapped up.

As you've noticed I have moved biathlon training to Thursday night & due to lack of power practice is 6-7:30.
There will not be practice Sunday as we are departing for Whistler for Biathlon Nationals. Practice will instead be Saturday morning from 9-11am.

The majority of the team is departing for Biathlon Nationals on Saturday or Sunday. As we will be returning in the first week of April & I will be attending the final X-C quebec cup that weekend, this Saturday will be my FINAL biathlon practice as your coach with Chelsea Nordiq.
Please c'mon out and have fun! We will be doing some shooting competitions, & a fun team relay!

Thursday March 21st (Biathlon)
Time: 6-7:30pm

Saturday March 23rd (Biathlon) *Last practice*
Time: 9-11am
Activity: Shooting competitions & Fun relay race

Hi Team,

Congrats for all the great racing over the past month!!
This week is Chelsea Sprints week! All nordic race athletes are expected to
either race and/or volunteer.

Remember: The number 1 thing you can do as an athlete to insure quality training sessions
is proper Nutrition and SLEEP!!

The theme of the month is Resiliency.
The best athletes are the ones who partake in active reflexion after each
training or race experience. Reflecting on what you did well, what you learned, and
what you would like to do better next time is a precursor for improvement.
Getting a little stronger mentally, physically and emotionally after each an every experience.
