On the menu: Nordiq Canada's Run-Jump & Pull contest, Precision Shooting challenge and a 4K short individual bike-a-thlon time trial.

10 A.M. to noon.      Bring trail running shoes, a snack, a water bottle and something for the bugs.
    We will do some exercices inspired by Nordiq Canada's Run,Jump & Pull program.    Please park in the lower parking lot.

Practice #3       Sunday June 2nd 10 a.m.to noon.        Bring your mountain bike (if you don't have one, no worries)
We will work on some basic riding skills ans start practicing some bike-athlon.
Don't forget your helmet. 
Please park at the bottom of the service road, in the main parking lot.
