Meet at P19 in the lac Philippe sector of Gatineau Park at 9:45am. We'll head straight into the woods for some interval training on our way to Wakefield.

Pick-up will be at 11:45 from the parking lot behind Pipolinka Bakery (and behind le Hibou).

Bring water for the trail and cash for treats at Pipolinka at the end.  The forecast calls for sun, and temperatures between 0 and +5, so please dress accordingly.
