October 9th trail running visitor's Centre leaving from the visitor's Centre.  Please wear appropriate running shoes and bring water bottle
October 12th Mountain Biking leaving from Parent Beach Parking Lot.  Helmet and water bottle required.  There will be an optional trail run/hike for those without bikes
